Three keys to hitting your labels
Nearly every sticker-sheet mishap is a size mismatch. This tool hands you every parameter; follow these steps and prints line up first try.
Copy the packaging specsLabel sheets print their label size, margins and gaps on the packaging - switch to "Match label sheet" and enter them in mm for exact registration.
Print at 100%Always choose "actual size / 100%" in the print dialog. "Fit to page" shrinks the sheet and misaligns every label.
Calibrate on plain paperBefore feeding label stock, print one page on plain paper and measure the first label width against your settings.
Keep codes above 20mmCodes under 20mm are hard to scan even up close (the same floor as our print size calculator) - the tool warns you automatically.

Third-party dimension tables for label models contradict each other, and shipping a wrong table would silently misalign an entire sheet. Your label packaging prints the exact specs - entering them in "Match label sheet" mode is more accurate and works with every brand.
